What We Delivered
On the Hassi Messaoud refinery scope, AYMTEC's founder Badou Ba led the PMO team at RedMed Group responsible for delivering the site accommodation infrastructure to Tecnicas Reunidas, the Spanish Tier-1 EPC contractor. The commercial model was Build-Commission-Transfer: the camp was designed, built, commissioned to operational readiness, then transferred to the client at handover.
The work was done in line with IFC Performance Standards on Labour & Working Conditions (PS2) and Community Health, Safety & Security (PS4). Refinery EPC environments demand zero ambiguity on worker safety, accommodation quality, and emergency response protocols, and the project was delivered against that bar.
This is the standard turnkey delivery model for clients who want a fully-commissioned camp handed over on a defined date, with no operating-side complexity post-handover.
